We collect the following categories of information:

• Account Data: First Name, Last Name, Email, Password (stored in hashed form; we never store your raw password).
• Platform Info: Platform indicator (e.g., Apple / Google) used for app experience and subscription handling.
• Preference Feedback (“Feedbacks”): Inputs you provide to tell us what works for you and what doesn’t.
• Usage Data: Basic app interaction logs for performance and troubleshooting.

• Provide and maintain the Service (account creation, login, core features).
• Generate and personalize daily plans using your Feedbacks.
• Operate Subscriptions and entitlement checks through Apple/Google.
• Communicate service updates and respond to support requests.
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and misuse; ensure security and integrity.
• Comply with legal obligations.

• Performance of a Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): to provide the Service you request.
• Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): to secure, improve, and personalize the Service.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): where required (e.g., analytics or marketing).
• Legal Obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)): to comply with tax or regulatory requirements.

We share data with service providers (processors) that help us operate the Service:

• OpenAI API: to process prompts and generate AI outputs.
• Apple / Google: for subscriptions, payments, and entitlements.
• Hosting (Railway.app): application and database hosting.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• Subscriptions are handled exclusively by Apple or Google. We do not collect or store credit card details.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• Deleting your Moodoo account will not cancel your store subscription.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and storing passwords in hashed form. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data from active systems; backups may persist for up to 30 days.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@moodoo.ai.

EU/EEA users have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We do not sell personal information.

The Service is not directed to children under 16. If you believe we have collected data about a child, contact us and we will delete it.

We may process and store information outside your country, including outside the EU/EEA. Where required, we use standard contractual clauses to protect your information.

We may update this Policy occasionally. Material changes will be indicated by updating the Effective Date above.
