Terms of Service

Welcome to Moodoo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Moodoo mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Veezio Solutions s.r.o. ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Interpretation & Definitions

  • “App” / “Service” means the Moodoo mobile application and related services we provide.
  • “Subscription” means a paid recurring plan purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • “AI‑Generated Content” means plans, schedules, or suggestions produced by automated systems in the Service.
  • “Third‑Party Service” means external websites, APIs, SDKs, plugins, payment processors, analytics providers, or influencer content we link to or integrate with.
  • “You” / “User” means an individual who accesses or uses the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (e.g., 16+ in many EU countries) to use the Service. If under the age of majority, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non‑commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not: copy, modify, distribute, translate, or reverse‑engineer any part of the Service; use it for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive purposes; interfere with or disrupt performance; or circumvent technical limitations or security features.

4. Subscriptions, Trials & Payments (App Store / Google Play)

  • Some features are available only via a paid Subscription.
  • Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms and payment policies.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google. We do not issue refunds directly.
  • If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid Subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Trial details are disclosed in‑app.
  • You can manage or cancel your Subscription in your Apple ID account or Google Play account. We do not collect or store credit card details.

5. Third‑Party Links, Services & Influencers

The Service may link to or integrate with Third‑Party Services (including payment processors, analytics, AI providers, or influencer content). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing Third‑Party Services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices. Influencers are independent third parties and are not our agents.

6. AI‑Generated Content – Disclaimers

  • AI‑Generated Content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation.
  • The Service provides informational suggestions only and is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, psychological, financial, or legal).
  • You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions based on the Service’s output.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or objectionable content.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.

8. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it (payment processors, analytics, AI providers), retention, deletion, and your rights. Disclosures must align with Google Play Data Safety form and App Store App Privacy details.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, software, and trademarks, is owned by Veezio Solutions s.r.o. or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or (b) US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so the above may not apply to you to that extent.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veezio Solutions s.r.o. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, use the Service unlawfully, or create risk or legal exposure for us. Upon termination, provisions that by nature survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

13. Governing Law, Disputes & Translation

  • Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Czech Republic. Exclusive venue shall be the courts located in Nové sady 988/2, 602 00 Brno-střed, Czech Republic.
  • Informal Resolution. Before filing a claim, contact us at support@moodoo.ai to try resolving the dispute informally.
  • Severability & Waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
  • Translation. If translated, the English version controls in case of conflict.

14. EU Users – Mandatory Rights

If you are located in the European Union, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be shown by updating the Effective Date above and, where required, by notifying within the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
